1 Scope of Services
MediaScale Talent operates as a specialized recruitment and talent placement agency. We match vetted Latin American Media Buyers ("Talent") with United States-based marketing agencies ("Clients") seeking performance marketing specialists to manage paid media campaigns and optimize return on ad spend (ROI).
2 Business-to-Business (B2B) Relationship
All placements and services offered through MediaScale Talent are strictly B2B transactions. MediaScale Talent serves as an independent intermediary matching qualified contractors/talent with client agencies. Custom Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed between MediaScale Talent and Client agencies shall supersede these website terms in the event of any conflict.
3 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, website copy, and materials displayed on https://mediascaletalent.com/ are the intellectual property of MediaScale Talent. Unlawful copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
4 Non-Solicitation & Direct Hiring Restrictions
Clients who are introduced to candidates through MediaScale Talent agree not to bypass, circumvent, or directly hire such candidates outside of MediaScale Talent’s framework without explicit written authorization and settlement of the applicable placement or buyout fees outlined in our commercial agreements.
5 Limitation of Liability
While MediaScale Talent conducts thorough vetting and performance verification of Media Buyers, MediaScale Talent does not guarantee specific campaign performance, ROAS, or revenue outcomes for Client ad accounts. Ad performance depends on numerous external variables (product offer, landing pages, market conditions). MediaScale Talent shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from campaign execution by placed Talent.
6 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
